Social Snitch is an Instagram activity tracking service that monitors publicly available data — including follower/following activity, post likes, and account changes — for Instagram accounts you choose to track.

The Service relies on publicly accessible Instagram data and does not access private accounts or require Instagram login credentials.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate registration information
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Collect data for use in illegal discrimination or targeted harm
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service data without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Social Snitch offers paid subscription plans billed on a weekly basis. All fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund unless you are within our 7-day money-back guarantee window.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology powering Social Snitch is owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be 100% accurate or complete.

Instagram data availability and accuracy depends on third-party APIs and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Snitch and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
